Janice Elaine Libby
NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – Janice Elaine Libby, 77, of New Port Richey, Fla., passed away March 29, 2022, with her loving husband by her side.
Janice was born Dec. 25, 1944 in Lewiston to James and Dorothy Pettingill. She met her husband, Truman Libby, in college and they married after both graduated.

Janice was the kindest woman you would ever meet. She was always smiling, even through her years of illness. She was an excellent cook, an accomplished quilter, and the best grandmother that David’s children could ever hope for. The warmth of her presence will be fondly remembered and missed.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Mary Ellen.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, Truman Libby; her son, David Libby and his wife Jessica; her grandchildren Jackson and Emma; her dear younger sister, Susan; and a host of wonderful friends and family.
