WATERFORD — Both churches are now in person and welcome all to join.
At North Waterford, Weekly Services are at 10 a.m. There is a Puzzle Library each Monday from 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
At the Village Church, Weekly Services are at 9:30 a.m.

The following programs are offered weekly at the Waterford Library:
• Coffee Café Fridays at 10 a.m.
• Knitting Circle Mondays at 2 p.m.
• Mystery Book Club April 14 at 4 p.m.
• Book Club April 27 at 10 a.m.

Waterford Town Meetings
• Selectboard: Wednesdays, April 13 & 27 at 6:30 p.m.
• Planning Board: Wednesday, April 20 at 7 p.m.

Food Pantries
• Harrison Food Bank: open Tuesdays noon-6 p.m. at 176 Waterford Road, the VFW building. Please have your trunk or the back of your car empty and ready for delivery of goods.
• Sweden Food Pantry: 1st & 3rd Wednesday’s 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the basement of Sweden Community Church: 137 Bridgton Road, near Sweden’s Four Corners (intersection of Rt 93 and Waterford Road). New customers will fill out an eligibility form regarding income and then access goods.

Thrift Shop

LOVELL — Thrift store at Lovell United Church of Christ, 1174 Main St Open 10 a.m.-2 p.m.,  Wednesdays and Saturdays, with the last two of every month as $2/bag.

Finnish American

AREA — The Finnish American Heritage Society of Maine will hold its annual election of officers and members’ only potluck luncheon at 8 Maple Street in West Paris on Sunday, April 24 at 1 p.m. This date is changed from Sunday, April 17 to allow members to spend Easter with their families.

Sale

SUMNER — On May 14, the Congregational Church of East Sumner will hold its Annual Spring Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be plants, raffle baskets, baked goods, beanhole beans, lunch. Donations will go to the people of Ukraine. Local handcrafters.  50 Main Street, Rte. 219,  East Sumner.
