Friends and family of Tyrone Fulgham are planning a comedy fundraiser Saturday to help with medical bills after he lost a leg in a crash last September.

Fulgham’s sister, Sandra Baker, organized the show titled Ain’t No Stoppin Him Now: a Comedy Fundraiser to Benefit Tyrone Fulgham. A group of local comics will be featured.

“This fundraiser is going to be a great way for the community to meet Tyrone and see for themselves how special he is,” wrote friend Donna Breton Remillard. “He is truly an inspiration for all around him.”

The event takes place at Lost Valley ski resort in Auburn.

“Come and hang out with Tyrone,” Remillard wrote, “and witness firsthand his unbelievable, positive attitude! There will be a cash bar and dinner available to purchase. Make it a date. Also there will be raffles, 50/50 and a silent auction. It will be a night of fun and laughter!”
