Doris Moreau
LEWISTON – Doris Moreau, 86, a resident of 33 Roger Ave. in Lewiston passed away peacefully Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Marshwood Health Care Facility.
She was born in Lewiston April 4, 1936, the daughter of Willie and Ida (Gendron) Moreau. Doris was a resident of Marshwood Health Care for 37 years.
Can you imagine being blind since birth and the first face she sees is our Lord and Savior.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Aimee Moreau, and a sister, Irene Lanois.
Survivors include her niece Doris Dunn, a nephew Robert Lanois; a great niece Irene Lanois and a great nephew Dean Lanois.
A Mass of Christian Burial honoring Doris’s life will be celebrated 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 9, at Holy Family Church and will be live webcast at https://princeofpeace.me. Committal prayers to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Family and friends are invited to visit Sunday May 8 from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home 305 Alfred Plourde Parkway Lewiston.
