Annette Chenard
AUBURN – Annette Chenard, 96, passed away on May 6, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Born on Oct. 18, 1925, she was the daughter of Arthur and Florida (Ducharme) Chenard. Educated in local schools after graduation she started her working life in the shoe industry and later became a CNA working at Clover Manor thoroughly enjoying her work.
Annette was always very dedicated to her nieces and nephews, always there to provide whatever help she could.
Annette is survived by her nieces Connie C. Gagnon, Claudette C. Winslow, Catherine C. and John Sawyer; her grandnephews, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Couture, Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Gagnon, her grandnieces, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Thompson and Mrs. Shelby Winslow. Annette is also survived by her nephews’ wives Claire Couture, Robin Couture; and 16 great-grandnieces and nephews.
Annette was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Corinne and her husband Eugene Couture; nephews Conrad Couture, Rick Gagnon, Mark and Lisa Couture, Stephanie S. Collins and Alfred Winslow III.
A memorial mass will be held on May 27 at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 8 Sacred Heart Place, Auburn, with committal prayers following at St. Peters Cemetery inside the Mausoleum.
