Lisa B. (Belanger) Kane

ROCKLAND, Mass. – Lisa B. (Belanger) Kane, 40, of Rockland, died peacefully, Friday, May 20, 2022 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family. She had endured a long battle against cancer. Lisa was born in Rumford, Maine. Raised and educated there, she was a graduate of Mountain Valley High School, class of 2000. Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree from Bentley University, class of 2004, and her Master in Business Administration from Boston University. She lived in Rockland for the past six years, previously in South Boston, Mass. Lisa most recently worked as a finance manager for DXL Men’s Apparel for the past three years.Lisa loved to travel, taking every opportunity to explore the world near and far, but loved nothing more than visiting her family’s camp at Garland Pond and spending time on the water. Lisa enjoyed many nights on the town, Red Sox games, and gatherings with her friends whom she loved like family.Lisa was a tireless advocate for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, dedicating her time and energy to help others in their fight while raising over $100,000 in support of their mission.
