LIVERMORE – Peter A. Drown, Sr., 80, a resident of Livermore passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at his residence. He was born Sept. 6, 1941, in Farmington, the son of William H. Drown and Geraldine (Briggs) Drown. He attended school in Livermore Falls. Peter proudly served in the U.S. Navy. On July 5, 1997, he married Juanita Moore. She passed away March 2, 2000. Through the years he worked construction for various contractors most recently, Diaz Construction in Jay. He enjoyed fishing and having coffee and shooting the breeze with the boys at Motor Supply every day.He is survived by his sons, Peter Drown Jr. of Livermore, and David Drown of Texas, daughters, Tammy Drown of Waterville and Chris Drown of Waterville; stepdaughter, Sheila McCrillis of Jay, stepson, Shawn Moore of Livermore; grandchildren, Alaya Presby, Dustin Drown, Leah Mae Moore and Mariah Labbe, great-grandson, Nolan Labbe, brothers, Rodney Drown and wife Aleta of Nebraska, and Richard Dustin of Livermore Falls, sisters, Shelee Rugan of Connecticut, Patsy Blaisdell and husband Bob of Virginia, and Sandra Dustin of Farmington and many nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by his parents, son, Mark Drown, wives, Juanita Drown and Valerie Drown, brothers, Larry “Turk” Dustin and Sheldon “Buddy” Dustin.
