LISBON – Brian Roy Pease of Lisbon passed away at his home on Sunday, June 5, 2022. He was 52.Born on Jan. 20, 1970 to Dan and Luella Pease, he was the second born of six children. He was raised in East Wilton and graduated from Mt. Blue High School. As the firstborn son, Brian helped his father with various tasks including the notorious family garden which also fed friends and neighbors. Brian’s passion for gardening stayed with him throughout his life and whenever he could, he tended to a garden of his own. His greatest joys in life included his three sons, Branden, Logan and Cody and his dog Bear.He enjoyed cooking for family and friends, specializing in an extravagant lasagna he would serve to his family each Christmas. He loved all types of music, especially from the 80s although the genre didn’t matter as long as it sounded good blasted through the stereo. One of Brian’s favorite pastimes was weightlifting and ever since he was a teenager he loved flexing his muscles. We’re sure he’d like everyone to know his brothers were never able to beat him in an arm-wrestling match, although his son Branden would give him a run for his money. Despite his tough exterior, his family cherished his sentimental side and his sons always appreciated that he kept old trinkets as mementos. Brian loved horror movies like his Mom, he was an avid fan of Family Guy and was a lifelong New England Patriots fan. A bit of a neat freak, Brian’s family always teased his incredibly neat and tidy ways. Like his father in many ways, Brian also worked in construction alongside his father and brother, Brent, at Laborer’s Local 327.His family will miss his humor and larger than life, typical Brian attitude.Brian was predeceased by his father, Dan; and twin sisters, Laura and Linda. He is survived by his sons, Branden, Logan, and Cody; his mother Luella; his siblings, Lisa, Bruce, Brent, Brad, Lori; and eight nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will take place at the Wilton Lions Community Building, 364 Main St. Wilton from 4 – 8 p.m. on Monday, June 13. Private family visitation will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington with graveside services at 1 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Wilton. Memories and a memorial video may be shared in his Book of Memories at http://www.wilesrc.com.
