Blair Doran joins Rinck Advertising as human resources director.
LEWISTON — Rinck Advertising has hired Blair Doran, who joined the full-service agency as a human resources director in May.
“I love being a part of small business and watching as it grows,” Doran said. “A creative agency is a new industry for me, and there’s a different makeup of the workforce; it is a challenge and a different way of approaching human relations.”
“The past few years have brought about major shifts in the way we work, both across the U.S. and right here at Rinck,” said Peter Rinck, chief executive officer. “We went from having two teams spread across two offices in Maine and Maryland, to having employees in home offices across the country. Rinck has always been a people-first agency but with major changes in the workforce and wanting to ensure we remain a place that our team feels safe, respected and valued, the time came for a team member dedicated to human resources.”
Doran earned her master of science in industrial relations from West Virginia University in 2010, her professional in human resources certification in 2011, and her Society for Human Resources Management certification in 2016. She lives in Maryland with her family.
