Viola A. Aldrich
HIALEAH, Fla – Viola A. Aldrich, 84, a resident of Miami Beach, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2022, at St. Catherine’s Rehabilitation and Hospice, Hialeah, Fla.
She was predeceased by her husband David F. Aldrich and two daughters, Deborah Ann and Laura Ann.
She is survived by her beloved sister Armance Marie Rich; her three sons; Dean Freemont, Michael David and Anthony Curtis Aldrich; her four grandchildren Derek Freemont Aldrich, Kendall Bailey Aldrich, James Michael Aldrich and Courtney Hope Aldrich.
In the winter Viola was a very active volunteer at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Miami Beach. She loved her St. Francis family, beach and wonderful Miami area activities.
Memorial services in Miami were held on June 1, 2022.
In the summer Viola attended St. Catherine of Sienna in Norway where she was a devoted parishioner and active volunteer for most of her life. Viola loved to swim, play tennis and waterski in the summer, and snow ski in the winter. She strongly supported the Jimmy Fund Clinic in Boston, American Heart Association and American Cancer Society.
Family and friends are invited to attend memorial services at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, at St. Catherine of Sienna in Norway, Maine.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Viola’s memory may be sent to St. Catherine of Sienna, 32 Paris Street Norway, Maine.
