PARIS — The Paris Public Library, located at 37 Market Square, Paris, is holding a used book sale on Saturday, July 30. The sale will be from 8 a.m. to noon, and will be held in the driveway between the library and the Paris Town Office. In case of bad weather, the sale will be held in the downstairs meeting room of the neighboring Deering Memorial Community Center. Shoppers are just asked to make a donation for the items they select.
Proceeds from the donations are used to purchase new books for the library’s children’s collection. For more information, please call the Paris Public Library at 207-743-6994 or email [email protected] Another sale is being held on Saturday, August 27, which will feature an entirely new selection of books.
