AUBURN — Auburn Savings announces Michelle Rouleau has joined the community bank’s team in the roles of chief financial officer and executive vice president. Jon Svor has joined the team as information technology manager and assistant vice president.

Both were previously with MidCoast Federal Credit Union.

A highly motivated and experienced certified public accountant, Rouleau served as executive vice president at MidCoast Federal Credit Union, responsible for overseeing the development of new products, services and department software and programs. She also managed all credit union audits and oversaw facilities management of five branches.

In previous professional roles, Rouleau served as tax director and tax manager at the firms of Ouellette & Associates, P.A. and Albin, Randall & Bennett, CPAs. Rouleau is a certified public accountant with a Master of Science degree in taxation from Thomas College in Waterville.

Svor has more than 20 years of experience designing, managing and maintaining servers and workstations for a variety of businesses and industries. In his most recent role as information technology manager at MidCoast Federal Credit Union, Svor provided support for IT and communications infrastructure needs for five branches, including extensive work in privacy and security.

For the past 16 years, Svor has also owned his own IT consulting company, providing computer consulting services to local businesses. Svor is a Microsoft Certified Systems administrator and holds a degree in computer science from the University of Southern Maine.

With the addition of Rouleau and Svor, Auburn Savings has also internally promoted two team members: Bob Michaud has moved from vice president and lender to senior vice president and senior lender, and Brian Casey has moved from assistant vice president to vice president.
