I hope people will join me in voting for Ed Rabasco for tri-county district attorney Nov. 8.
As a respected attorney who has practiced in Androscoggin County for 35 years, as well as a school board and planning board member, his resume is impressive enough.
What I find equally compelling is his plan to address the root causes of crime, such as drug addiction and mental health issues. We need new approaches to these problems, and Ed’s unique insights into the system will provide that. At the same time, I know he will be effective in ensuring violent offenders are kept off our streets and held accountable.
On a personal level, I’ve always been impressed with Ed’s ability to listen and reflect before responding — something all too rare these days.
We need public officials who act in the interests of the entire community; that’s why I’m voting for Ed Rabasco for DA.
