I am proud to write in support for Bonny Bishop, who is running for the legislature to represent Hartford, Canton, Peru, Mexico, Dixfield and the Route 4 part of Livermore (District 77).
Serving the community has always been a constant in Bonny’s life. Her father was a Korean War veteran and she followed in his footsteps by serving in the Air and Army guards for 10 years.
She has an extensive background in business, including working to help fellow veterans at the Rumford Veterans Clinic.
She did not stop serving others after her military career. Whether it be at the Buckfield-Sumner Swap Shop, as a volunteer wildlife rehabilitator, as a hospice volunteer, or on various town committees, Bonny is there for her community.
I am looking forward to voting for her so she can continue to serve others in the legislature. I appreciate her military service.
