Micheal O. Ames

LEWISTON – Michael O. Ames of Lewiston passed away Sept 29, 2022 at Androsgoggin Home Care and Hospice. He was a young man, the age of 60.

Michael had two daughters, Theresa Levesque and Susan Ames, and five grandchildren, Manual, Aleasiah, Raylyn, Gavin, and Maverick, whom he loved all so deeply.

Michael was such a loving, caring, funny human being. Although he was very sick for such a long time you never would’ve known with him. He was always still happy and full of life and wanted to be there for anyone.

Growing up on the farm he was a jack of all trades. He was always willing to teach and help with his knowledge. He loved to be outside, something simple as a family BBQ to fishing, hunting, riding his buggy through town, camping, building contraptions, working on vehicles, yelling at the neighbors, and socializing.

With that being said to grant his wishes and to celebrate his extraordinary life, he asked us to throw him a celebration of life through BBQ laughter and a fun time. This special day will be held Oct. 15, 2022 at 3 p.m. We would like for you to rsvp at [email protected].
