Michael “Mike” John Chizmar

AUBURN – Sadly, we lost our funny guy, Michael John Chizmar of Auburn on Sept. 24, 2022, after a long battle with a brain tumor. Mike was born Nov. 20, 1971, the son of the late John Chizmar of Lisbon Falls and Glenice Parker Green of Turner. Mike had one brother Joseph Chizmar. Barry, Tammy, Michele, Barbie and Kim were his step siblings.

Mike had a life partner for 28 years, Daryl Chizmar whom he raised three children with. Mike was predeceased by bonus daughter Melissa. Mike had a daughter Sarah and son Louis. Mike attended school at St. Dominic and worked for Lisbon Fire Department, United Ambulance and Androscoggin County Jail.

Mike was a hero to many, always loved to help and is deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held at Shiloh Chapel, 38 Beulah Lane in Durham, Saturday, October 15 at 11 a.m.
