The four finalists for the Miss Maine Field Hockey award were announced Saturday by the Maine Field Hockey Association.
According to the Maine Field Hockey Association, the award “is for a field hockey senior in the state of Maine and is given annually to a player of the highest caliber.”
Among the four finalists is Haley-Jane Tuplin of Lisbon. The other finalists are: Hope Bouchard (Lawrence), Khianna Jackson (Biddeford) and Zoey Pennell (Thornton Academy).
The winner will be announced at the Maine Field Hockey Association banquet Dec. 4 at Augusta Civic Center.

GARDINER 2, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 1, OT: Alex Taylor scored two unanswered goals as No. 5 Gardiner rallied back to defeat No. 12 Gray-New Gloucester 2-1 in overtime in a Class B South boys soccer prelim game Saturday.
Cam Lasselle and Dylan Staples each had an assist for the Tigers (9-5-1) while Connor Fairservice made six saves.
Aiden Hebert scored an unassisted goal and Drew Reynolds stopped three shots for the Patriots (5-9-1).
