A ribbon-cutting was held Friday by the River Valley Chamber of Commerce for Ink Maine & Gaskyl Printing at 432 Hancock St. in Rumford. Owner Kris Howes, who did the honors, said they are booking appointments, selling gift certificates, custom artwork, with merchandise and jewelry sales.
