AUBURN — Peyton Dyer and Caleb Albert netted three goals apiece to lead Edward Little to a 13-0 win over Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse/Hyde on Wednesday at Norway Savings Bank Arena.

Dyer and Albert both scored twice in the third period to complete their hat tricks.

The Red Eddies (4-1) jumped ahead early with six goals in the opening period.

Tate Morse and Brody Keefe each scored a pair of goals in the contest. Hayden Brown, Campbell Cassidy and Andrew Clements also scored for Edward Little. Cassidy added six assists. Morse and Clements each had three helpers.

Goalie Camren Dufour stopped all 11 shots he faced for the shutout. Edward Little went 3 for 3 on the power play and Mt. Ararat/Lisbon/Morse/Hyde (1-4) was 0 for 2.

Eagles goalies Sam Young and James Parquette combined to make 43 saves.

BIDDEFORD/MASSABESIC/OLD ORCHARD 5, LEWISTON 2: Chase Magnant tallied two goals and an assist for the Tigers (2-1) in a win over the Blue Devils (2-4) at The Colisee in Lewiston.

Collin Scully also scored twice, and Colin Petit had a goal and an assist. Biddeford goalie Aiden Dube made 25 saves.

Cody Dionne scored both goals for the Blue Devils.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
MT. ABRAM 47, DIRIGO 44: Abi Wilcox and Josey Arms each scored 11 points for the Roadrunners in their narrow victory over the Cougars in Salem.

Kharlie Turner added to Mt. Abram’s (2-4) offensive attack with 10 points.

Jayce Brophy scored a game-high 20 points for Dirigo (3-4), and Grace Robbins added 16.

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 56, WINTHROP 31: Olivia Mastine led the unbeaten Phoenix with 20 points as they pulled away in the second half to subdue the Ramblers in Winthrop.

Aubrey Kachnovich contributed 11 points for Spruce Mountain (7-0).

Bella Littler led Winthrop (7-2) with 10 points, while Morgan Fichthorn had nine points.

MONMOUTH 53, MADISON 44: Holly Hunt paced the Mustangs (4-3) with 16 points in the win over the Bulldogs in Monmouth.

Reese Beaudoin finished with 10 points for Monmouth.

Kylee Furbish led Madison (4-2) with 16 points and Reagan Cowan dropped in 12.

GIRLS HOCKEY
CAPE ELIZABETH/WAYNFLETE/SOUTH PORTLAND 4, MT. ARARAT/LISBON/MORSE/LINCOLN/OCEANSIDE/BOOTHBAY 3: Marina Basset scored twice as the Riots (4-5) edged the Eagles (4-2) at Watson Arena in Brunswick.

Delaney Whitten and Reilly Eavanson also scored for the visitors, while goalie Abby Steinhagen made 27 saves.

Alex Durant, Mallory Stuart and Remy LeBel scored for Mt. Ararat, and Emma Morrison made 16 saves in goal.
