Roger D. “Pete” Lacasse

LAKELAND, Fla. – Roger D. “Pete” Lacasse, of Lakeland, Fla. and of Durham, passed away on Dec. 24, 2022.

Son of Roger A. and Georgette Lacasse, born Aug. 16, 1953 in Lewiston.

Surviving siblings Jacqueline and Royce Merrill, Christiane and Tim Emerson, Patt Tarr Lacasse and companion Matthew, Michael, and Rachel Lacasse, Gerard Lacasse, Mark, and Roberta Lacasse.

Survived by wife, Lori, of 49 years; sons Robert and wife Jacqueline, Shane Lacasse and companion Amy Nadeau, and Scott; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; all nephews and nieces, along with many cousins. Roger loved his family dearly.

Roger was preceded by his parents; and sister, Denise Laflamme.

Service will be at the Horizan Baptist Church in Lakeland, Fla. on Jan. 21 at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Gathering after service in hall.

On Feb. 5 a memorial service will be held at the Durham Amvet, 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
