DEAR SUN SPOTS: We are new to the area and love Sun Spots. We also really like and appreciate good Chinese food. Would readers please share their favorite places and what they like most about them? We like to go in and sit down sometimes for a date night, but mostly we do takeout because we have an unpredictable toddler.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Do you know of anyone in the area who accepts used and unused greeting cards? I have many to donate and am willing to ship them. No name, no town

ANSWER: I am putting this out into Sun Spots Land in the event a senior center, child care center or a crafter would like the cards.

You can also send them to the recycled card program at St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, 100 St. Jude’s St., Boulder City, Nevada 89005.

Send only the front of the cards. The children make new cards to sell to make money for the ranch. It is a great way to repurpose cards for a good cause instead of disposing of them.

Hallmark, American Greetings and Disney cards are not accepted due to copyright laws. You can also donate new cards with or without envelopes. For more information, call 1-702-294-7100.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Once again, we need computer help. I know you have published information before with names from the Rolodex. We have used one of them and want to contact her again, although this time, I think we need new hardware. Can you help?—Rose, no town
