Driver uninjured when vehicle hits parked SUV in Livermore Falls

LIVERMORE FALLS — A driver from Chesterville told police he felt dizzy before his SUV struck the back of a parked vehicle Monday afternoon on Depot Street, Police Chief Michael Adcock said.

Allen Wright, 46, was driving a 2019 Ford EcoSport that drifted across the street and hit a 2015 Ford Edge belonging to Shawna Austin, 40, of Livermore Falls, the chief said.

NorthStar EMS ambulance personnel evaluated Wright at the scene but he was not taken to a hospital.

Both vehicles were heavily damaged and were towed from the scene.

Livermore Falls and Livermore firefighters responded to assist at the crash reported at 2:22 p.m.
