Eugene E. Richardson Jr.

TURNER – Eugene E. Richardson, Jr., 80, a longtime resident of Turner, passed away, Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born August 7, 1942 in York, Pa., the son of Eugene Richardson, Sr. and Marion (Field) Richardson. He attended Leavitt Institute in Turner. On March 11, 1961 in Turner he married Edna Seamans of Turner. He was owner operator of Richardson Trucking in Turner. He was also a previous owner operator of Richardson Enterprises. Eugene was a member of the Nezinscot Lodge # 101 in Turner. He enjoyed “working”, camping, car shows, and restoring old cars.

He is survived by his wife Edna Richardson of Turner; sons, Michael Richardson and wife Jessica of Turner, and Corey Richardson and wife Michelle of Turner; 10 grandchildren, Kayla, Melissa, Cody, Cali, Zack, Cadie, Kaylee, Keagan, Bailee, and Makayla; four great-grandchildren, Easton, Khloe, Bentley, Jacolby and expecting baby Remi; eight brothers and sisters, brother-in-law, Jerome Seamans. He was predeceased by his parents; and two sisters.

Visitation with a Masonic Service will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10 at FINLEY FUNERAL HOME, 15 Church Street, Livermore Falls, Maine. Members of the Nezinscot Lodge #101 will meet at the funeral home for a 6 p.m. Masonic service. A graveside service at the Turner Village Cemetery, Church Street, Turner, Maine will be announced at a later date.
