At this writing, the news is that we’re due for a couple days of way-sub-zero weather – brr! How to live with it? The Age-Friendly Community Initiative suggests our Walk the Gym program every Tuesday and Thursday, 1-2 p.m. at Gould Academy’s Field House – warm and lots of space for all the friendly people you’ll meet.

One of our AFCI readers shares a favorite idea for Valentine’s Day. Bethel Food Pantry: EVERY Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, 9-11 a.m. Bring shopping bags and choose your own food; volunteers pack your bags and deliver them to your car.
