AUGUSTA — With snow in the forecast, the Maine Principals’ Association announced Monday that it was postponing all high school basketball tournament games Thursday at the Augusta Civic Center.
The postponement impacts the Class C and D South brackets the most.
The new schedule is as follows:
Wednesday
Class D South semifinals
Valley vs. Vinalhaven girls, 8:30 a.m.
Valley vs. Greenville boys, 10 a.m.
Forest Hills vs. Seacoast Christian girls, 11:30 a.m.
Forest Hills vs. Seacoast Christian boys, 1 p.m.
Class A North girls semifinals
Lawrence vs. Cony, 3 p.m.
Gardiner vs. Nokomis, 5 p.m.
Class A North boys semifinals
Messalonskee vs. Skowhegan, 7:30 p.m.
Brewer vs. Cony, 9 p.m.
The Class A North girls final is set for 7 p.m. on Friday and the A North boys final will follow at 8:45 p.m.
The Class C South girls semifinals will be played at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
The Class C South boys semifinals will be played at 2 p.m. and and 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
