Carol A. Munroe

LEWISTON – Carol A. Munroe, 77, of 33 Roger St., Lewiston, passed away on Tuesday March 7, 2023.

Born in Revere, Mass. on March 15, 1945, she was the daughter of Clifford Ring and Musetta Chaplin.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, going for rides and watching her grandchildren at play.

She was a proud mother, nana and great-nana.

She is survived by her three sons, Dwight Ogden Jr. of Mechanic Falls, Robert Ogden and wife Theresa of Lewiston, and Kevin Ogden and wife Kimberly of Poland, her two daughters, Tammy Ogden of Auburn and Tracey Walker and husband Joseph of Auburn; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three siblings, Beverly Manalus of Los Vegas, Nev., Philip Ring of Poland and Larry Ring of Auburn.

She was predeceased by her parents; her lifetime companion and father of her five kids, Dwight Ogden Sr.; two sisters, Geraldine Davis, Lorraine Bradon, one brother, Frank Ring.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Marshwood Center in Lewiston for their exceptional care.

Services will be May 13, 1 p.m., at Valley Cemetery in Greene. There will be a gathering after at Schemengee’s on Lincoln Street in Lewiston.
