Edith M. Berry
AUBURN – Edith M. Berry, 84, died Dec. 20, 2022, at the Hospice House on Stetson Road in Auburn. She was born in New Gloucester, Dec. 29, 1937. She was the daughter of Dwight L. Tripp and Marion E. Dunlap. She was a graduate of Edward Little High School class of 1956. She was married to L. Robert Bowen on April 26, 1957. She later married Edwin Berry. She was employed at CMG/CMMC for 35 years.
She is survived by nieces, Linda Cookson and husband Kimble of Lakeland, Florida, Cheryl Caron and husband Jimmy of Farmington, Conn., and Henrietta Hines and husband Richard of Minot. She had numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. Also her lifelong friend Joye Earle.
She was predeceased by her parents, brother Dwight L (Pete) Tripp, husband L. Robert Bowen and Edwin (Ned) Berry.
There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday, April 29, at Marco’s in Lewiston at 11 a.m.
