CUMBERLAND — Charlotte Taylor recorded six goals and four assists, and Allie Read had four goals and three assists as Greely shut out Gray-New Gloucester/Poland 20-0 in a girls lacrosse season opener Friday.

Lauren Dennen chipped in with a goal and six assists for the Rangers. Asja Kelman had three goals and two assists, and Jenny Medrano scored twice.

Mya Page made eight saves in net for the Patriots.

BOYS LACROSSE
BRUNSWICK 13, LEWISTON 8: Nick Morrow scored four goals and picked up three assists as the Dragons overpowered the Blue Devils in Brunswick to open the season.

Seniors Kyle Graves and Eli Bigelow and junior Cody Dionne each scored two goals for Lewiston, while senior Liam Hutchinson and junior Aidan St. George added one apiece. Graves also notched an assist. Sophomore Brock Rancourt made 24 stops in goal.
