He was born, March 17, 1961, in Plymouth, New Hampshire, a son of Eugene Downing and Alice Downing Nerison.The family will hold a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 11 a.m., at the Oxford Hills Church of Christ, the address is 140 Paris Hill Rd, South Paris, Maine 04281.
