Live music at Mixers this weekend

The Tyler Healy Band brings a great night of country music starting at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, at Mixers Nightclub & Lounge in Sabattus. A country-rock band with their sights set on Nashville, they play Top 40’s country songs as well as some originals. Bands they cover include Florida-Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Johnny Cash, Keith Urban, Eli Young Band, Eric Church, Toby Keith, Brantley Gilbert, Dierks Bentley and more. Funnel, one of the longest running rock bands around, takes the stage at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 19, at Mixers Nightclub & Lounge in Sabattus. Made up of three guys you might recognize from others bands over the years, Ted Warner (guitar), Chris Michaud (bass), and Mike Stevens (drums), they have been playing together for years. The band covers songs by bands such as Tool, STP, Staind, Nine Inch Nails, White Zombie, Van Halen, Living Colour, Godsmack, and more.
