PARIS — The Oxford Hills Rotary Club is pleased to welcome its newest member, Mike Carter. Mike’s classification will be Minister. Mike is a teacher at Poland Regional High School as well as minister of the First Congregational Church of South Paris. He lives in South Paris with his wife, Jo-Ellen.
