PARIS — The Oxford Hills Rotary Club is pleased to welcome its newest member, Jeff Noblin. Jeff’s classification will be Hospital Administrator. Jeff has been a Rotarian for 20 years, and his dad was also a Rotarian. He is the newly appointed President of Stephens Memorial Hospital and Western Maine Health. He comes from West Virginia and is currently living in Norway. His wife and 2 teenage daughters will be joining him once the school year ends. Congratulations and welcome to OH Rotary, Jeff!
