LEWISTON – Elaine A. Morrison, 93, died Friday, June 9, 2023, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. She was born on Feb. 3, 1930, the daughter of Wilbur Allen and Beatrice Libby Gagnon.

Elaine attended Edward Little High School graduating with the class of 1948. In 1950 she married Alfred Morrison, Jr. Elaine was a homemaker and worked cleaning houses.

Christmas was her favorite time of the year, and she loved the family Christmas parties. She loved to cook and bake and when she made her donuts the neighbors could always smell them.

Elaine is survived by her son Daniel Morrison and his wife Marjorie of Poland, daughter-in-law Gail Morrison and Daniel Blanchard of Mechanic Falls; sister Dorothy Austin of Leeds, brother Ronald Allen of Sumner; stepson William Morrison and wife Nancy of New Gloucester; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was predeceased by her parents Wilbur and Beatrice; her husband Alfred; son David; sisters Loraine Cox and Faye Walker, and brother Ronald Gagnon.
