Portland police say a juvenile fired a gun into an apartment at Kennedy Park in Portland on Sunday night.
Police received a call just before 9 p.m. reporting that a gun had been fired into an apartment at 13 Kennedy Park. Witnesses were able to give a description of the suspect, who was later located by police.
The juvenile was issued a summons for aggravated reckless conduct and was released on conditions. Officers recovered the weapon he allegedly used, police said.
Police did not say where the juvenile is from and have not released any other details about the incident. They are asking anyone with information that might assist investigators to call the police department.
