Can’t we have any peace from politics? It starts immediately after an election on and on and on.
Campaigning could be limited to a few televised debates. I can judge the candidates by the way they conduct themselves on stage. Whether they are decent people, or not, will be clear just by the way they respond to questions and how they treat each other.
I am capable of choosing a decent leader, just as I choose my friends. I can spot a liar or a snake a mile away.
