Robin “Rob” B. Carr

AUBURN – Robin “Rob” B. Carr, 63, of Auburn, passed away on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023 at his home.

He was born in Portland on Dec. 11, 1959, the son of Roswell E. and Carolyn M. (Thurlow) Carr.

Rob attended Portland schools and worked in the Portland area. Before his retirement he worked in various positions at the Shaker Community in New Gloucester.

He enjoyed many past times, however, anything to do with car racing and electronics were among his favorites.

Robin was predeceased by his parents; and nephew, Dustin Labelle.

He is survived by his son, William, of Mechanic Falls. He is also survived by his sisters Linda Harmon of Phippsburg and Wendy Furlong of Loveland, Colo.

Arrangements are under the care of Chandler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 26 West Dwinal St., Mechanic Falls.
