RUMFORD – Joyce Jacqueline Crosby, born in Mexico, Maine on Jan. 12, 1933, the daughter of the late Gilbert Joseph Crosby and Iva Leora Phinney is survived by her loving son Kevin, and her beautiful granddaughter Casey Jacqueline Saisi whom she called Angel Girl, several nieces and nephews, and one special nephew – Terry Crosby and his wife Lorene of Mexico, Maine. Joyce graduated from Mexico High School in the class of 1950. After graduation she was employed by Bartash Rexall Drug Store and at Oxford Paper Company payroll department. Joyce was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert whom she married on June 9, 1956, and who passed away on Aug. 12, 2013, her brothers Howard, Gilbert (Bucky), Gene, Thomas, and John. Joyce will be missed by her many friends in Mexico/Rumford and in Woodstock, Conn., and Westfield, Mass.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday Sept. 22, 2023, at the Meader & Son Funeral Home 3 Franklin St Rumford. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., prior to the funeral. Interment will be in St John Cemetery in Rumford.
