POLAND – Rebecca C.
Kunzmann, 62, passed away on Sept. 25, 2023, at home with her loving family by her side, after battling a blood disorder for over 20 years. She was born Sept. 29, 1961, in Pawtucket, R.I., a daughter of John Laddy and Bernice Johnson.

After high school she moved to California, New York, Connecticut, then to Maine, where she made her home. She was very sociable, she had a way of making everyone laugh, her presence and smile alone could light up a room. She was the life of the party type of person.

She was also a gifted vocalist. She sang at many events. “Do You Know Where You’re Going To”, at her high school graduation, and had been a part of the Down East Country Music Association. There, she was able to travel to Pigeon Forge, Tenn. and win many awards for her beautiful voice and amazing talent.

She loved to travel, so she and her husband went on many trips and cruises. She had a love for camping, kayaking and just living life to the fullest. She was an angel on earth, and she will continue to be that in the beyond. She was loved by many and will be missed the same.

She was predeceased by her brother, Randy Johnson; her mother, Bernice Johnson, and her father, John Leddy.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Kunzmann of Poland; her daughter, Amanda Bissonnette of Bangor; her brother, Todd Johnson and wife Melissa Johnson of Minot, her sister, Tracey Fulton and husband Jason Fulton of Monroeville, Ohio; and wonderful aunts, uncles; nephews, nieces; many cousins; and friends, who she loved with everything she had.
