Although I no longer live in Lewiston, I still work for a Lewiston nonprofit and have multiple connections in the community.
I’ve worked with Megan Parks, at-large candidate for the School Committee, in a professional capacity for over five years. In that time, I’ve come to know her as a passionate, hardworking advocate for the community and those who are often under-represented.
Megan remains patient and empathetic in difficult situations, while operating with the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
As a result of her fierce advocacy for marginalized communities, Megan has been subjected to repeated personal and professional attacks by those opposed to such work. Megan has withstood the impact of these attempts to discredit her and pushed through in her dedication to making Lewiston a better home for all residents.
A vote for Megan Parks Nov. 7 is a vote in favor of a more just and equitable Lewiston.
