Cottage Street Creative Exchange will host the annual fundraising gala from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Art Moves Dance Studio building on Cottage Street at Temple Street in downtown Norway. The event will bring dancers from around the neighborhood and the state of Maine together for an evening of music, dance, and reverie to raise money for the Globalocal non-profit.

Cosmic Creation: Sarah Capra, Tegan Bullard, Laura Brainerd, Claudia LaGuardiea, Linsey Tamposi and Emma Lorusso

The Cobblestones band will be on hand to fuel and entertain guests along with dancers from Art Moves, Expansion Arts, Collective Motion, and The Moving Company dance studios, along with Cosmic Creation, presenting mesmerizing fire dances throughout the evening. CSCE Artistic Director Debi Irons requested two dances from their recent Chakra Show, along with some with The Cobblestones and from their regular repertory. Irons will also be dancing during the gala along with Danielle Tran on keyboard.
