LEWISTON — The city clerk will recount Ward 7 School Committee ballots Monday, as requested by a candidate, according to a news release from the city.

During this year’s election, incumbent Paul Beauparlant was upset by challenger Donna Gallant by a razor-thin margin of 668-661 votes. The recount is scheduled to take place at 1 p.m. in council chambers on the first floor of City Hall.
