Michelle Elwell
AUBURN — Health Affiliates Maine has promoted Michelle Elwell to director of human resources.
Elwell has been with the behavioral health organization for five years, first as HR manager and then as assistant director of human resources. Her breadth of HR experience across the labor, hospitality, and healthcare industries has been an asset to the agency, according to a news release.
“Michelle has been instrumental in securing employee benefits, advocating for employee needs, and ensuring the agency maintains regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies,” said Andrea Conley, executive director.
As the newest member of HAM’s leadership team, Michelle will oversee and lead all aspects of HR operations.
