Sarah Conroy
LEWISTON — Sarah Conroy is the new chief human resources officer for Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice.
Conroy returns to Maine from the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area where she spent the past seven years working as a human resources business consultant and serving on the Maine State Society of Washington D.C. Foundation, a home away from home for Mainers living and working in the area.
Prior to her time in the district, Conroy’s career has included Central Maine Medical Center, the state of Maine, Unity College, and her independent human resource consultancy, MainelyHR.
Conroy brings decades of human resources experience in organizations of various sizes, including the manufacturing, health care, financial services and technology industries. Her specialties include employee relations, compensation and benefits design and delivery, compliance, communications and strategic planning.
