LEWISTON — Premier Pools & Spas, a family-owned builder of gunite, vinyl liner, and fiberglass pools, was named the 2023 National Builder of the Year-small market recipient.

With over 160 independently owned and operated franchise locations nationwide, Premier Pools and Spas is the largest pool builder in the country, according to a news release from the company.

Co-owners Mike Dubuc and Derek Messenger received the award at the Premier Pools and Spas Annual Awards Conference.

“This is our first time winning this prestigious award, and we are so proud of our team,” Messenger said. “These last few years have been very challenging for us in this industry, and achieving this level of success says a lot about our people.”
