AUBURN — Working Fields, a mission-based staffing agency headquartered in Vermont, is opening its first regional office in Maine at 95 Main St.
This location offers an open-door policy Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Working Fields history of serving employers in need of a qualified workforce while simultaneously providing workforce counseling and peer support to residents has proven highly impactful in other states.” Glen Holmes, Auburn’s director of business and community development, said in a news release.
Working Fields has added two new employees to help connect job seekers and employers through direct service and develop employer and partner relationships.
Jagos Medenica was hired as the business development manager in February to support Working Fields’ efforts in Maine and New Hampshire. In his role, Medenica will grow relationships and more opportunities for fair chance employment throughout the two states.
Jenna Andrews has joined the Lewiston-Auburn team as an account manager, supporting individuals as they reenter the workforce through a person-first approach.
