I see the Legislature is considering forming a committee to study the new proposed state flag before it goes to referendum.
Isn’t that putting the cart before the horse? Shouldn’t we find out if the voters want a new flag first? Also, is the design that complicated?
In my experience I found the best committees are a committee of three with two people absent. No matter what the choice, somebody will have liked something different.
