GILEAD — Gilead Town Meeting is Sat. March 30 at 7 p.m. at Town Office at 8 Depot Street, Gilead.

At the start of town meeting voters will choose residents to fill several positions: select board; town clerk, tax collector, treasurer, registrar, administrative assistant and road commissioner.  All are three-year terms.

Article 4 asks voters to approve $1,000 for “much needed repairs on the 1883 Gilead Town Hall.”

Article 23 asks for $30,000 to replace the roof of the Town Garage/ Fire Station on Depot Street.
