Gilead town budget depends on school district numbers
The Town pays $400,000 to send 18 Gilead children to school, said Town Clerk Patsy Cox, who added that they would not have a final budget until after the school district's budget meeting in May. In the meantime, all 36 articles at town meeting have passed.

Latin Scholars number highest ever at Telstar High School
With 17 seniors out of 43 receiving a 3.3 or higher grade point average, Telstar High School Class of 2025, has recorded it's highest number of Latin Scholars ever, according to Principal John Eliot.
