Beth Garza
NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank has named Beth Garza its vice president and loan operations manager.
The Buckfield resident will manage the Loan Operations team, comprised of the Retail Loan Center and Loan Servicing team.
“Beth is known for her dedication, coaching and mentoring, and her ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience,” said Randy Easler, senior vice president, senior retail banking officer at Norway Savings, in a news release. “She consistently delivers a high level of internal support and earned the Best Supporting Role Culture Award in 2021, which goes to a team member who consistently provides outstanding support to ensure world-class customer service.”
Garza is leader of the Remote Workers Steering Committee, a supporter of the bank’s GROW Program, in which she has participated as both a learning partner and a mentor. She is also a member of the Leadership Lab team.
Garza is enrolled in the Business Management Banking program at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. She is also president of the board for Oxford SACC Childcare and part of the selection team for the Oxford County Teacher of the Year.
