NORWAY — The Woods Maine Shop is moving to a larger retail space at the former Brick & Mortar shop, 400 Main St.
The expansion is a full-circle moment for the local brand. In 2019, The Woods Maine debuted at The Tribune Books & Gifts with a small collection of kids’ T-shirts and long-sleeve shirts. The brand established a small pop-up space inside the former Brick & Mortar, before eventually opening its first standalone retail store in 2021.
The move to occupy the entire space on Main Street, inside the historic Norway Opera House, is meant to provide more room to showcase a larger selection of Maine-inspired products.
The grand opening weekend is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 2.
